Hi,
Two out of 10 radiators are taking about 1 and 1/2 hour to start getting hot. BG come to my house and told me that I need a powerflush with magnaclean and hydroflow. The quote is 937.62 for 10 radiators. It would take the BG 480mins to do all the radiaotors, I believe that the price is for the package which includes up to 12 radiators, even throught we have only 10. Anyway, i would like to hear if this is a fair price? if not does anyone knows what would be a fair price?

Personally I am not a fan of powerflushing. If I were you I'd nip out to B&Q and buy 1 maybe two bottles of Sentinel x400 sludge remover. If you have a header tank just pour it in there and run the system leave it in until all the rads get hot, It then needs drained down heated up and drained again. Refill again and pour in X100 x1 bottle. If this doesne't work call a local registered plumber to quote to sort it out. £900 + is a rip off.

that is pretty expensive, the going rate round my area (Cheshire) is around £250 - £300 for a power flush.
