Pr1ma 40B - no HW or CH

Hi all, first post in the forum.

I have a Potterton Pr1ma 40B which was working fine, but now I have no heating or hot water.

Pilot light is on and the system sounds like something powers up when I engage HW or CH (maybe a pump somewhere else in the house?), but nothing happens 😕

Any ideas guys, as I'm struggling to get a plumber who can come out and fix it.

allways say where you are located in case one of the guys on here is local
really needs to be someone standing infront of the boiler to diagnose
as its ch and hw you need to be looking at a component that is linked to both functions

simple first check would be to make sure header tank/small heating tank in roof is not empty,stuck ball valve
