Pressure vessel?

Evening,
Am I right in thinking that the Grey cylinder to the back left of the photo is a pressure vessel. I found it today and when the main water iso valve is opened I can hear a hissing noise, I also noted rust around the centre seam. I`m not touching it as I was there to service the sani on the right but my contact today is all of 20yrs old and with her boss away on holiday she hasn`t got a clue what to do. I left it with the iso valve shut.
