Hi

I am preparing a quote for a customer. I will be changing their system from open vented to a sealed system.

I think I should put a disclaimer in the quote to cover me as I will be pressurising the existing pipework and any leaks on the old pipework will be fixed will be additional cost.

Does anybody have an example disclaimer? I've been trying to get my wording right without but don't want to put the customer off the job by wording it wrong.

many thanks

How about

To your system we are going to seal
Most of the time its no big deal
But should by chance the pressure drop
You agree, the cheque, you must not stop

:glasses2:

I just explain the situation ,why they may have a problem and what would be involved if the system does not hold up
