Price per meter

How does every body charge for pipe do you charge a certain amount per meter or do you work out exactly how many fittings and charge that way.

I was thinking of charging a certain amount per metre and have that cover fittings and clips etc just not sure how to go about it.

I look at a job and go over to nearest bundle on tube and round fittings up to nearest 10.

Pipe and fittings aren't the big earners.

i always price on hassle factor. the bigger the obstacles to fit it the higher the price. i win some i lose some. i tend to win more than i lose. but as as a guide i tend to go in around £60.00 -80.00 an hour inc pipe. in the summer it might be lower around £45.00 when its really quiet and thats just to keep lad i employed busy.
That said i get a lot of people phoning and when i tell them price of my services they make excuse and say i'll call you back, but a surprising amount of people dont.
as per another thread i put a lot of it down to the reviews on my google business listing and web site( which i got done in november last year)
work has in the last 6 months has steadily gone up( with the exception of june /referendum) upto the point now its gone f****ing mental. which is a bugger as me and missus have an ebay business aswell which is F***ing going mental aswell.
