So, as my problem states, we have a problem with out office boiler. Some time ago, it wasn't generating any heating, but I managed to troubleshoot that and fix that to get the heating working again. The pressure was low.

Since then, now the hot water isn't working. No water whatsoever is coming out of the sink tap and the bathroom tap only generates cold water.

What I've noticed is that when we switch the tab to "hot water only", it switches on for about a second and then taps out. If we switch it to the "hot water and heating" tab, the heating comes on, but no hot water.

There is a red light on above the number 30 and the little radiator icon with the "!" mark next to it. It's not flashing. It's just on and after consulting the manual, it says "Flashing CH Sensory Fault" or "Heat Sensor Fault" in other words.

Not sure what to do. Was wondering if there's a manual fix that we could do ourselves or whether we should just call someone out.
