Hello,

Wonder if anyone could help?

What is the main cause of brown/black dirty water coming through the taps? The tap already leaks and was going to do a simple fix but then noticed this? Any advice?

Thanks
Graham

how do i diagnose what the problem is and how would i go about trying to fix such problems?

what type of system is it ?
it can be many different problems depending on system.

Its rare to find one these days but could it be that the bubble has gone in a primactic cylinder, long shot but worth bearing in mind.

I think i will just ring a plumber because i really dont know what to look for or what to do. Does anybody know roughly what one would charge for fixing this type of problem. I know obviously the severe it is the mor it will cost but a rough guide would be helpful

It is completely dependant on what the problem is , try and get a free quote by ringing up local plumbers!
