Problem with my heating / honeywell

Hi guys,

I have recently (3 months now) moved into my first house and noticed lastnight/this morning that we have a problem. Now I have only noticed this because the weather has got better but better late than never.

Anyway, if I have the heating/hot water set to on or set as a programme then everything is perfect.

However as the weather has got better I have switched the heating off and left the water running on the programme, but since this although the heating is off it is still coming on (light isnt) but the heating is physically coming on.

I have tried everything but it seems like I either have both on or both off.

Any ideas guys as it's causing us problems.

traditional problem,
motorised valve not closing, or pump too fast, or faulty programmer
you need to post a diagram or pictures of your set up. include everything you can.
