Problem with my minimalist dual exposed shower mixer.

Hi,I'm Ricardo and my shower just makes a thumping noise and produces Luke warm water.its a minimalist dual exposed about 3 years old and I'm wondering if I can service it to get it right..any help would be really appreciated and we could all be clean again...thanks for reading

Hi buddy, it all other outlets in the house produce good hot water then it's either the filters into the shower or the cartridge of the mixer itself that's at fault.

Thanks anyway..I just didn't want to replace it before I'd had a look
