What would you class a prp that terminates into a condensate pump? saw this today on a Worcester greenstar combi. Had a tundish about quarter of the way down so you could see if it was leaking. Didn't look right but don't know if it's at risk or not??

How do you know if it's rated for a prv? Just looks like a normal condensate pump. Will it be marked on it?

not true difference in design for example flexible hose is reinforced, pump is alot bigger etc

The grundfos range of conlift pumps now state there suitable, i spotted it on the last one i installed!

Exactly what I was about to say. I looked into it about 6 months or so ago and one of my merchants said about grundfos condense pumps, I didn't believe him so I looked it up. Cheap as chips as well compared to the alternatives

Screwfix do the conlift one for about 40-50 quid, sturdy old thing & very quiet!

Gotta be better the sanicondens now they state its suitable for prv too & grundfos is a good name!

A wee look online of the manufacturers website or a quick call will clear up any questions on suitability.

so the grundfos one they sell in screwfix is suitable! this one?
