Customer has got back to me to do the work in his house! He has a faulty two port valve to change ! have booked the work but when I was there I notice pressure rice to 3 bar(faulty exp) and prv (stack)not letting water out and boiler stops on high limit stat ! advised costumer for the fault but he thinks I am trying to make more £ out off him ! (not that I am not )but the think is he does not want work done to boiler ,as is a safety device and is not working should I consider appliance ATR ????????

what should i do when go there to change the two port valve ,i have notice the fault and advised him . should i give him warning notice for that ???

the only reason i think it's at risk is as is safety devise which does not work !!!!

can i have your opinion on it please !!!!

i would give this job a miss,if your customer doubts your professional opion,i can see a bag of worms opening up .
i always go on gut feelings in business, as soon as your customer said to you about trying to make more money,i would of gone

No he has not said it , it as that a gave him price on doing it up , but knowing his boiler is at risk he does not want work done to it . He wants just two port valve change !!!
