The above pics show a Pulsar Direct Laing Mini under floor heating kit that isnt working.

An electrician has removed something?? before I looked at it. The flexible flow pipe is hot and you can hear flow
when the bypass valve position lever is moved but no heat flows to the underfloor circuits x 2.

The pump is very hot so imagine it is faulty.

I have spoken to Pulsar direct who promised to look at the above pics and tell me if the replacement pump they sell will fit, but they have failed to answer and I dont feel confident using them as I heard they had gone bust.

I spoke with Myson who used to sell these as well but have now stopped because they said the kit is crap !!

They will sell me a replacement pump and manifold but it is a max of 3 kw output and I have concerns it wont be suitable/ high enough output, The conservatory is approx 8m x 4.5m open plan to the house.

I spoke to Nuheat and they refused to allow their pump and manifolds to be fitted to existing systems.

Any advice gladly rcvd, as you can tell I have no previous experience with under floor heating.

i don't really know this system but is there something missing where the blue collar is? looks like a trv valve perhaps?

The actuator head was removed by me checking the valve wasnt stuck.

Pulsar direct eventually got back to me tonight after a week!, they say they have 1 motor left and will be the last.

I have given the client the email address of Pulsar and the guys tel no, I aint giving them my credit card details !!!
