Hi, I have a noisy pump on my central heating, and the system has some very cool radiators and some warm one's.
The problem with the pump has been getting worse over the last 4 weeks, My question is, if the pump stops altogether is it dangerous with the heating running?
We rent our home and cant get the landlord to repair, I have reported the problem dozens of times all to no avail, does any one know how I stand within the law, Many thank

Have you got a gas safety certificate for the property they are required to be done every 12 months. If you havent tell him you are reporting him to the health and safety executive or do it without telling him your choice or just withold your rent till he does fix it. But fixing your pump may not solve your heating issue it may also be sludged.

just checked and you can report landlord online.
