I placed a order on 7/11, and have not yet received the item. In my order it says out of stock. I've emailed them twice, got no reply, phoned twice first time said delivery this week, and again just now said tomorrow or day after.

Has anyone dealt with these people? Is it genuine stock delay or do they just scam people?

Still nothing going to have to dispute it with visa. QS are stupid bet they've lost sales here. Told friends not to buy from these people. I wonder how long my post will last if I post the same thing of QS forums? lol

Talking of which bought things from Bathrooms365 no problems would recommend them. A big F.Y. to QS supplies!

wtf? Radiator just arrived. No phone or email from QS they've eventually sent it. No apology.

Probably only reason they sent it because went to the bank and putting requests for charge back.

I forgot to say when I phoned up was put on hold. Tried again, when I answered I said why have you withdrawn from my card if it's not in stock. He then said it was you choice to pay us. When I asked when it's in stock, he didn't want my order number (wtf?) said a load of radiators has just come in and will be all sent out. No way was he telling the truth, that was about 2 weeks ago.

I'm going to test this rad before installing it case it's refurb and has leaks

I am afraid QS Supplies, Leicester are not good:

Awful company to work with. I purchased a £2.5k bathroom suite. This was delivered 3 weeks after the 7 days estimated delivery. Despite chasing I was consistently lied to by staff and told it was dispatched only to find it hadn't been.

Also, the second half of my order they sat on for 3 weeks (requiring an additional delivery payment which they said they would take when goods were ready to dispatch) with £500 of money in there bank account! Again, I was lied to and told it had/was being dispatched before I finally spoke to a manager who admitted nothing had happened and no one had contacted me to arrange them to order the missing goods.

They are cheap but don't be fooled their staff are rude, poorly trained and you'll end up spending the same money on telephone calls trying to sort things out. Search google for "QS Supplies reviews" and you will see I am not alone!

So I ordered off QS supplies online, hadn't had any emails etc, so googled them. Found lots of negative comments including this thread and started to panic, picked up phone to ring them and before I did got a text off interlink saying they were delivering this morning. So ordered Tuesday night about midnight, delivered 9am Friday, saved about 100 quid over next best price - so obviously they do get some things right.
