I don't do bathrooms if I can help it as some may know. But have a customer who wants the following replacing after we finish the ASHP we have just fitted. I feel that charging our normal rate may be to much but would rather keep then happy
Basin taps and waste in bathroom
Bath taps and waste
Kitchen sink, taps
All hardware supplied and it looks like rubbish cheap crap

Best to give an hourly rate and maybe say you are happy to do the work but it may be more cost effective to use general plumber

Bathrooms quite simply can turn into fecing nightmares. Be careful.

No bathroom ever goes how you expect it too. Make sure none of the taps or wastes have any plastic ANYWHERE. Or you will get the call back. (You know that stuff you fitted?)

Do you mean you always swop out the plastic back nuts on basin wastes to metal😀..!!??

Nope. I mean I do not buy or fit taps or wastes where any part is made from plastic. But yes I only use metal back nuts also.
