Hope somebody can help me...

I need to replace the diverter valve assembly in my bath tap. It's very similar to a common traditional design that can be seen here:

[DLMURL="http://www.tapcentre.com/en/traditional-bathroom-taps/winchester-bathroom-taps/winchester-bath-shower-mixer-tap.php"]Winchester Bath Shower Mixer Tap[/DLMURL]

although it's probably about fifteen years old.

Part of the brass body has cracked away and it's leaking, so I'd like to replace it. I dare not take it out to take a photo for fear of it breaking up completely, but from memory it has an L-shaped peg on the back and it rotates through a quarter of a turn to switch between taps or shower. I know the main taps are basically standard 1/2" inserts (albeit with an outer thread for the shroud), so I'm hoping that the diverter is a standard part too.

Can anyone help point at a source online?

Many thanks!

Steve

never had much luck finding these unless you can find the exact manufacturer probaly easyier to replace the taps if you can live with two tone colour you can swop from unions so no need to get under bath

Swapping from the unions is my fallback position, Steve - it's just that replacement assemblies are in the region of £90 upwards at the moment.

If anyone can help ID the manufacturer, this is the unit:

Thanks for your help!
