Riello RDB Boiler not firing for heating only

The boiler is working fine for hot water but not for heating. Timer is on 24 hours and the thermostat 'clicks'. Any suggestions appreciated

Is it twin motorised valves? An S plan, potential issue with central heating head or valve.

You look at the motorised valves - typically beside boiler, or in airing cupboard, etc, and see if you have one with 3 pipes connected to it, or two valves (or more) with 2 pipes connected to each one.
