Sabre 24-28 boiler leaking outside badly

hi all
i have Sabre 24-28 boiler and looks everything working normal but badly
water coming outside pipe even system shut down im not sure why this is happen
please can u give me some solution or advice i found my boiler manuel online

what i need to do or which part need to replace please help
