I have two related issues:
(1) I have a Salamander CT80BU that pulses off and back on at approx 15-second intervals when turned on. Advice is that it's an issue with the magnetic flow sensor. I've reversed the pump and the fault travels with it.
(2) I've tried to contact Salamander by phone (0191 516 2002), email and via their online chat, but I don't get any response - the chat session just shows "Error creating chat session".
Does anyone know where I can obtain a replacement flow sensor and/or get hold of Salamander?
