the condense pipe needs upgrading to 1"1/4 as soon as comes out of wall.
in winter when it freezes boiler gona stop ! and when puddle on floor freezes and they brake a leg well......
leave your business card! for fixing boiler when it stops 🙂

bench mark book asks about condense being to building regs , what does he write in this section ? 😕

I'm only a Level 2 plumber and haven't studied gas but even I know that's wrong!

As others have said nock on the door and explain the problems then leave your card with them. Even if they don't pay you to sort the problem they might use you in the future over the cowboy they paid to install the boiler!

send the address to gas safe see what teeth they have ?this is why its so hard to get boiler changes now no doubt the house holder is over the moon as they were in and out in a day job done whats the betting theres been no cleaning of the system and no inhibitor in it could be my eyes but i cant see a blow out either

since last winters diabolical weather i run all my condensate pipes in 40mm now!
(trying to repel smug attack).

nowt wrong with that ...... its for the birds to warm there feet up on and the condensate for a bird bath😛
