sealed system or open vent

please could any one advise me on how much more efficant is a sealed system to an open vented one.mine is open vented but i may make into sealed system as my boiler is a ideal icos he.

wont make any differance to effiency,if you convert to sealed system ,your heating system will last longer as no air can be drawn in to system,so less corrosion
