Here is a pic of SEREL toilet.
When toilet is flushed and fills, water is still seeping into the bowl. It is not filling over the internal overflow.
The cistern is a push button type with a rubber tube connected from the button to a float on the side of the syphon. Do not know the make of valve.
I want to remove the cistern from the pan to replace the current flush valve with a Fluidmaster, but the water supply pipe and securing bolts holding cistern to the pan are enclosed.
Any information on how to seperate the cistern from the pan would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Phil

Remove the whole toilet from the wall and the bolts that hold the cistern to the pan can be accessed from underneath. You will need to undo the two screws that hold the pan to the floor and if present, the two screws inside the cistern that hold it to the wall. The pan will then slide forward out of the pan connector.
