Good evening, we have a 110mm outside sewer stack in black plastic running up the house, and the bottom 90cm section has a junction off it for the bathroom sink waste water outlet. The junction itself has failed on the main pipe and is leaking and requires this section to be changed.

My questions are:

Can this part be changed without taking the entire stack off from the top down?
And where would be a good place to purchase the new part? I am in West London or online obviously.

Thanks in advance for your help - BH.

Apologies and please see attached. The joint has failed from where the plate joins onto the upright at the bottom, not from the where the side pipe goes in - the paste is a temporary measure until we can fix it correctly.
