customer called me last week as shower pump i installed in january is running at low pressure,
I went round and checked water going to it and cleaned filters, all working fine.
next day same agin.
What am I forgetting/ missing?

What size tank have you got in the loft?

Leave the shower on for 5 minutes and see if its draining the tank quicker than it can fill.

I've got a 3 bar stuart turner running 2 showers and we can drain a 50 gallon tank in about 6 minutes!

I put 2 large tanks in attic at same time to increase the size,
was 2 times 50 gallon.
and they said it was working fine until last week.
I have asked customer to keep an eye on what is happening and when it is happening and pressure in taps when it is happening.

tell em to try lowering the shower head into bath/tray next time it happens and to tell you if it gets better.

p.s where did you take the hot feed from?
