shower simple question I hope

I have a mixer shower well 2 and they were ok till they were taken apart to sort a drip out now they don't drip but you only need to turn the temp half a mm and the temp will change so much plumber said he put it back as normal so can anyone tell me what he done to them so I can sort them myself

It sounds as if the shower control lever hasn't been put back in the correct position! These are always a fiddle i find, but if you take the shower control apart and experiment a little you may find it improves...
It may be useful to post the make and model of the shower, some people are familiar with some models!
