Hi everyone,

I know it's a long shot but can anyone identify this shower valve?

I have already sent pics to the shower doc and they have not been able to come up with a manufacturer for the first time ever.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated. 2013-10-24 10.34.55.jpg2013-10-23 11.37.59.jpg 2013-10-23 11.37.06.jpg

Having checked the pictures, they should be rotated by 90 degrees.

Hi Irish, cleaned filters, checked hot water getting to valve but still running very cool even on 50 degrees according to thermostat handle. Have also tried adjusting thermostat temperature to no avail.

Yeah I'd say that's the wickes valve then exact same problem I had, went to wickes with a picture of the valve they gave me the number of the manufacturer rang them up they sent out the new cartridge I think it was £45 in total. absolute rubbish valves , don't think I've worked on anything as cheap and flimsy before or since

Go to the sub forum of your choice, IE Central heating for heating; Showers, baths and wetrooms for that sort of thing, and plumbing for general plumbing.
