REDSAW

i have checked all over for a replacement shower valve (non-therm) for a customer. the problem being the customer is a mrs bucket.

she does want a new valve body but dont want any exposed pipe work changing????.

the existing pipe is s/s coming down a 90 deg bend into 90 elbow into valve inlets from below unit.
the inlet centres are....... erm'....(a plumbers rule..one hand width centres) i presume 100mm (4"). there is a little give for the pipes to remain verticle to the eye, proberbly 1/2'' either side before she'd moan.

i cant for trying, locate any valve with 100-125mm centers, the exsiting unit is a 'toplis' from around 20 years ago.

has any one got any knowledge as to where i can obtain a mixer with the required centers.
also is it possible to take of the inlet elbow to the body and repace direct with a fitting for flexibility of installation options.
thnx.😕

looking for a manual mixer traditional type with 1.5m head available so need 0.1bar type, for between £60 - £120 really or it will start eating into price for job.
and of course 110mm centres external.
