shower water too hot or too cold

hello just had a solar water heater fixed on the roof and a pump for cold water.However the shower water is either too hot or too cold.Its not safe hence for kids.the connections are all ok .Could it be something inside the mixers.Any suggestions and advice please

Pumped cold unvented on hot? Get a qualified engineer in. If hot is mains pressure cold needs to be.

If hit is pumped cold needs to be pumped. Hope you have thermostatic shower!!!!!

It sounds like a classic case of unbalanced hot and cold feeds to your shower
one will drive all over the other. Its not funny and can be dangerous.

This is really a job for an expert not a diy internet fix

Yeh like previously said your hot n colds either need to be balanced to equalize the pressure or if the shower is thermostatically controlled then the cartridge could be goosed. Best get an engine to check over just make sure he's a v8 lol
