Showerfice victorian T not working

Hello all, here is hoping you can help. I have a Showerforce Victorian T that I took out to re-tile the bathroom. Having put it back in, I can't get it to work. It worked OK before I removed it, I have not lost any of the parts for it, I have even taken it appart and replaced the thermostat and shuttle as the old one was warped. It is connected to a pump if that makes a difference (?). THere is definately hot and cold water getting too it, but nothing is getting through. Is there something I am missing? Some help /advise would be gratefully recived.

Has it a fixed shower head,are you in a flat,is pump working when you turn on,have you power to pump,if fixed head have you raised it
