I think normally you would connect a wc into the top of a horizontal run, but I'm asking if it's ok to connect in from the side?I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking, but it’s fine to connect to an existing horizontal run.
Are the underground fittings exactly the same angles as the above ground ones? Any idea why the some are labeled 87.5 degrees while others are 92.5 degrees for example?Yes, I’ve seen it done this way before, so should be ok. Wouldn’t recommend an underground fitting for above ground though.
So why is the same angle quoted as 87.5 degrees and 92.5 degrees, it can't be both surely?Yes, iirc, angles will be the same or similar. The quoted angles are just that, the angles.
