Before Christmas I was asked to replace a damaged spa drain with a new one supplied by the manufacturer. When I got there I found the new assembly was the wrong one, the tech support didn't know anything about the actual pipework for the spa, they weren't actually the manufacturer just an importer and, subsequently, they can't get a replacement drain valve from the Chinese manufacturer.
I'm certain I can fabricate a nice looking drain from conventional parts but as the customer has spent well over 5 grand on a spa that has leaked from day one and still isn't fixed 7 months later, it would be nice to find a direct replacement before I start making something.
So, does anyone know anywhere where I would be able to get spa drains like the pic I've attached? Sadly I have no measurements at the moment as the tech guys haven't sent any and I'm not in a position to get back to the customer to make my own.
