Hi again, another novice question...
I have a vented hot water cylinder. I need to replace the connection out the top of the cylinder.
I've read elsewhere that you should only use copper for the first couple of foot closest to the cylinder, in case of overheating (i.e. it would be too hot for plastic pipe). But I've read through JG's documentation, and it says you can actually make a direct connection using their pipe.
What are your opinions on this? I'm tempted to play it safe and use copper.
Thanks
