Life's a beech innit? If you don't know, you can't benefit from it. Just take it on the chin. Otherwise, if you want to be cheeky, you may cancel order and then re-order using provided voucher. Then again, you wouldn't have qualifies as you need to spend £500+ b4 VAT. You only spent £300, so I don't know why you are calling Ray names🙂
