Clothes out.
Shelves out.
Inspection done.
Screws back in cupboard door to stop anyone putting shelves or clothes back in.

If the customer isn`t prepared to give me access then I`m not prepared to put it all back in afterwards!

just throw it all on the floor and take the shelves with you when you go, as it a fire risk to store items in a boiler room/cupboard isnt it🙂

I'd have refused if they were being ****ty with you! I went to a job where they were having building work done and had stacks of 4" concrete blocks in front of the meter.

Refused to do the service! Barely had enough time to do it anyway, no way was I going to move over 100 blocks to get at the meter!!

I would do it, put it all back messy as I am rubbish at folding, be there for 1 hour 5 minutes and charge landlord for 2 hours
