Suggestions for low pressure taps

Hope you can help me, I have somebody that wants some taps, but they are suffering from low pressure.....
Are there any products you have found better at dealing with lowere pressure than others.
ANy suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i sugest you take them along to your nearest
quacks and get some pills before the stress-cracks them lol.
