swaping a danfoss 2 port motorised valve to be replaced with a honey well

Changing over a danfoss 2port motorised valve for a Honeywell 2 port valve. The problem is the Honeywell has 5 wires but the danfoss has only four wires. It is a danfoss control box.
Can someone please give advice for correct position for wires.

What size valve is it

lame beat me to it, 28mm valve has a white wire which needs electrically isolating. I.e. Tape it up

Honeywell will be a 28mm 2 port motorised valve. Are you saying the white wire put tape over the end and leave it in the wiring box?

What is the reason to tape up the White wire on a 28mm motorised valve?

It's not needed on An S plan which is probably what you are doing

Can you not just put a new Danfoss on?

I was going to replace like for like but Honeywell are far better and are less chances of sticking.
It is a s plan.

I don't tape them up but make it electrically safe in a connector block.

The white wire in 28mm Honeywell is live when the valve is shut.

The micro switch is a single pole double throw - the grey & white make when valve is shut & grey & orange make when it is open.

The white is used on a C plan as Chris says white energises when the valve is shut, never done a C plan or ever come across one either.
But yes make safe

Thank you all. The Honeywell 2 port valve 22mm has 5 wires are they all the same wires as a danfoss motorised valve but the only diffrence is the Honeywell has a earth wire?

Normally on these things Heads that have a metal case are earthed, ones that have a plastic case are not.
