If swapping a filling loop because the slotted bit on the cold feed is rounded off and is barley able to be turned. Is it ok just to swap the cold valve. As swapping the valve on the central heating return will mean draining down the system?
Are you saying it would air lock with it being sealed?Why would you ever have to drain a sealed heating system to fit the valve on the heating system end? That would be madness. Got to be the easiest job to do without any draining.
