T&p relief valve discharging

Right guys help would be appreciated, called out to a indirect unvented cylinder today, customer complaining on no hot water. Firstly noticed water discharge through tundish, water was hot but not boiling. Stat was set at 60 degrees. I've switched off hot water circuit at programmer then I received an emergency call out to a gas leak. So I'm going back tomorrow to find fault can anyone advise, I do have my unvented ticket but have only fitted a few systems not 100% sure on fault finding

tnp discharge usualy indicates either air bubble in unvented gone or external vessel flat depending on what model unvented it is, difficult to say what hw fault is without more info, check opperation of valves would be my 1st thing to look out for, hope this helps

Thanks for the reply mate, I believe the cylinder won't get to temp as cold water will be filling when the t&p relief valve discharges therefore cooling the cylinder, def not got a boiler of system fault boiler fires both on c/h and hw. My question is what's the reason for the t&p relief valve discharging. I'll check expansion charge tomorrow along with pressure ruducing valve then take it from there I guess
