T4TS practical training?

When do you go for the practical training? I'm currently at Section 1 Part C, module 10, and still have'nt been told when to go.
I've checked through all my paper work and cant find anything.
Do you have to phone up at a certain time during modules or do you wait until they tell you to book yourself in? 😕
