pretty much narrowed it down to these 2. im leaning more towards the ad11, but wanted to know if they use more salt/water than the kinetico? also its going on a RM stelflow cylinder my plumbers has just fitted, will it be ok to feed it softened water?

I would go for the second hand Kinetico, no electrics and more sophisticated technology!

I bought my Kinetico (second hand) 12 years ago and it is still doing its job well - despite being converted to Hi Flow!

For reassurance on your Stelflow I would check with the manufacturer, but in my opinion there will be no problems. Why not check with your plumber?

Just looked up Stelflow - Manufactered from high quality Duplex stainless steel, and using quality components .......
Softened water will cause no problems........good choice.
