Hi - my concealed mixer shower has been getting gradually colder over the last 3 months. I origianlly thought this was a problem with the Basi combi boiler but having got this checked by my local plumber the problem has been identified as the thermostatic mixer cartridge.

After taking the front cover off the unit and removing the cartridge, it looks like the seals have gone and therefore, the cold water was always getting through.

I'm assuming that the seals on the cartridge cannot be replaced? If so, I'm hoping that I will be able to replace the cartridge only (rather than replace the whole unit) as I want to avoid re-doing all the tile work.

The problem I have is that I don't know the make or model of the unit. Please could you experts help me with this. I've attached a number of photos below and one of the knobs appears to have a logo which might help.

Really appreciate your assistance. John
