Hi
We had the issue with heating coming on when only calling for hot water ... had the three port valve replaced and 1 rad added where an old rad used to be.
We still have same issue, the valve has now been replaced 3 times, i can understand 1 being faulty, maybe 2 but 3 !
It works for a couple of days then we have same issue with heating coming on when calling for hot water .nothing works to control the heat..

Is it the valve or could it be something else ?

thanks

It looks like the plumber replaced some pipes in the airing cupboard and the valve box thing clips onto those

the plumbers been really good about it and keeps coming back ... just wondering if he’s actually repairing the right thing

Looks like the valve may have been replaced, but can’t be sure. It might be worth going for a reputable brand, instead of a flowmasta?
