We have installed a toilet with an internal overflow system in the cistern, however the water level keeps rising abobe the overflow pipe allowing water rise in the cistern and leak through the pipe in to the bowl wasting water. Please can you help?

Needs the incoming water level setting below the internal overflow. Sounds like it hasn't been fine tuned.

Just adjust the screw on the ball valve so that the float doesnt come up far enough for it to overflow. Most of these have height adjustments which involves twisting the valve body, raising it and locking it again. If you do this switch the water off to the cistern first.

Probably not set the FOV properly. Easily done, just look at the instructions that came with it.

Leakage problems leads to unhygienic atmosphere. It is very necessary to solve this problem as soon as possible.Don't waste time in rectifying it yourself .Just go for leak detection services .They can easily sort out your problem in a less amount of time.
