Need some help with this.

Client has too much hot water coming out bath/shower mixer. Taps recently replaced. Water via combi. Pipework to taps is Hep2o out of 22mm copper. Pipework runs under bath and unfortunately crosses over. Water mixes fine for a bath but as soon as shower is put on, the hw overides the cw and result is burning!

Any ideas?

Try a flow restricting valve on the hot pipe, or adjust the service valve if it has one.
Also worth checking check valves are in place maybe these were removed when work was done.

thermostatic valve you plug your cold and hot into it and it blends together so the hot water becomes a non threatening 60 degrees or around that mark.

The TMV could still be used it is meant to be used in this way - As I explained you end up with one output. This would run to your hot tap. The cold supply you would connect first to your TMV then tee into it and run your new cold supply to your tap fittings.
