Been on a steady job last few days and back again this week couple builders and me now sparks turned up midday Friday.
Builders have been good as gold got on fine with them , sparks turned up on friday expected us to make way for him and bought his pet dog into the custs house .
Well turns out his dog poo'd on carpet and he left it !!!!!

Today had email from cust also cc in builders moaning at us for bringing in poo!!!!

No sparks included in email so thought stuff this replied to email saying sparks dog prob done it .

Personally thought it was rude to bring your pet dog into someone else's home but what is the prob with sparks every job its the same with them .

I can't see the point in bringing your dog to work,
The potential for the dog to get hurt is t worth it if its a empty house and if it a customers house its not professional at all

And as for sparks there all the same, think there jobs the most important and everyone has to clear out the way so they can get in and out

I used to think that but I've now got a really decent spark who I pass all electric work on to. Always turns up when promised, really easy to get on with, has an understanding of other trades so will run cables intelligently. Top bloke! I'm sure he was a plumber in a previous life!

That is exactly what happened!!!

He turned up two hours later moaning about how he earned no money on previous job and expected us all to move out of his way so he could work . Builders never moved and i thought stuff ya i aint moving then let his dog dump on the floor and left a load of mess on the floor .

utter banker

I was on a job where there was a contractor bringing all his trades in and then just me doing the plumbing and he was pushing all the time for me to have things done when his fellas wouldn't work with me or around me,

Told me to get all my pipe work under the floor done and boards back down so he could ply over the top a d get a rad on in the other room, his plasters where skimming the sealing and hadn't skimmed the wall for the rad, I asked them in the morning if they could get the wall skimmed and not leave there stuff on top of the floor, come 3 o'clock they where gone no wall skimmed and all there gear on the floor, the contractor came moaning at me that it wasn't done,

I lashed all the bags of plaster out onto the lawn along with there tools and gone my pipe work done then hung the Rad straight onto the bricks, needless to say he wasn't happy the next day

That's the trouble with some (not all) sparks, they're not house trained and will dump anywhere they see fit
These type of sparks usually have a small dog with them that gets the blame
