UFH pipe stat help

Hi folks,

I have a friend asked me to take a look at their business UFH. I found the flow temp up to 68 degC and return 50!!!! The control stat is gooshed.

Can any of you help me identify it or offer an alternative? The UFH setup is a Pettinaroli 7019 - A+ & the stat identity I believe is an Art. 760P? See picture.

I can count on one hand how many UFH systems I've come across or been asked to repair and am at a loss as to where to get any spares? Help!!! 🙂

Get a few old trv heads and find the right fitting. Then contact the manufacturer and they'll probably do one

Now that's a good idea 🙂 I asked at Wolseley Parts but they're not interested as yet! Well the branch I use wasn't anyhoo's! Even trying to find a 3/4" stat of the same remit is proving difficult!

It registers the UFH flow temp and is adjustable up to 50 DegC so a bog standard radiator TRV isn't appropriate alas 🙂

I ment as temp fix just set at a low temperature till you can get original make one

Still no joy finding a replacement. Anyone replaced the whole inlet/pump section as a repair on UFH? I saw on some web site a pump configuration replacement set?
