The Ultraflow is a made in CHINA its a rip off clone of a 1986 model Vortoplast macerator they all have different names but look SO similar you can find them on Ebay, Amazon and on discount plumbing sites as cheep as £65.00 they have decimated the market throughout Europe with the machines.
Problems tend to appear in the pressure switches and motor bearings the machine is made from recycled material in Ningbow China they cant get the same specifications of materials we can in Europe they clones a good simple design and improved it as they do with crap materials (excuse the pun).
The TurboFlush T11 & T12, wickes Macerator is made by Setma in France and was taken over by Saniflo 25 years ago, the Setma Waterflash or the new Turboflush is available from good plumbing merchanta or direct from :- Pumpmaster 0800 2922 542 mind you I saw some in Wickes over the weekend so the choice is yours.
Working on them I would install the saniflo machine in preference all day long and as a bonus it comes with a cast Iron 2 year warranty backed up by a national network of service engineers.
