Evening all!

Just wondering if any one has had any issue with underfloor heating wiring center 'clicking' on and off, have replaced the center but the issue persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

It's the box that takes the thermostats and actuator heads, I have attached a picture!
It has been replaced as advised by the manufacturer as they said the relays were sticking??.... But it's still doing it and no one seems to know?
Upstairs radiators and hot water are both working fine, and zone valve to the manifold seems to be working fine as flow goes in, but then box ' clicks' in and out

Had an electriciant that I use to replace it, he just can't work out why it is continuing to ' click' on and off with the new center in.

Do you know why?

No only started happening about a week ago on the old one, would get one click (as you call for heat) then started doing it continuously.

I’d be tempted to call manufacturer and insist they send one of there own engineers. Is your electrician up to speed with wiring for heating systems?? Many claim to be but aren’t. So if the manufacturers find no fault expect to be charged

Ok thanks I will try get hold of them and see if they can send someone out.
The electrician is normal pretty good on heating and as it's a straight swap can't imagine him getting it wrong.

Randomly changing components isn’t normally a sensible idea ... what did he do before he changed the control box?

If it’s clicking as before, that would suggest one of the sensors is the issue ...

It wasn't a random change of part as I spoke to the manufacturer and they said replace the wiring center, said he checked everything out zone valves pump etc
