pipe flow and return from a heating loop is 43 meters total.. the area of the room then has 30 meters of pipe. the flow and return are not insulated . the pipes going to and coming fron the zone are in pipe in pipe ,but this is not insulated ..how much heat is being lost !!!! the heat loss is undesireable in the hall area going to the zone.. idea s ..

yes you will be losing heat not sure how much
your heating your hall before it gets to the zone you are trying to heat very unaficent way in doing it your flow and return should be in conduit from manifold to the heating zone
sorry but not much can be done now as under screed
quicker and cheaper for instaler
ie more profit
