Unidentifiable Tap - Finding a replacement Cartridge - HELP

Hello there,

I'm in n desperate need to find a replacement cartridge for an old tap.
It's from a wall mounted faucet in our ensuite bathroom that was last refurbed in 1990.

The tap has no ideticificaiton markings, and sadly the cartridge is absolutely knackered.
We will be refurbishing this bathroom in the next 1-2 years, but until then, I'm really not wanting to go to great expense to solve this issue so I can bathe our little ones.

Any help in identifying this tap, or suggesting a company who stocks a large amount of old cartridges would be ever so appreciated.
